If there’s one thing I hate, it’s letting good dessert go to waste. Sometimes that means it’s time to get creative.
A while back, I bought some break ‘n bake cookies that I never baked. I also had some remnants of homemade chocolate butter cream frosting coming far too close to the end of its shelf life. Bake, grab a cookie scoop, sandwich them, and voila!
“Little hamburgers!” exclaimed a surprised boy, just up from his nap. Much tastier than little hamburgers, though.
