Sunday marked my first post-baby run (jog). I felt great–I completed 1.2 miles and then a good, brisk walk to finish. Considering it’s been about a year since I’ve really run, I was pretty proud of myself. This is for sure the worst shape I’ve been in EVER! Mr. Gray said that’s to be expected, and I guess it is. In all actuality, even with the walking we did while I was pregnant, that’s the longest period of time I’ve been inactive that I can remember.
Hopefully I’ll be able to get on a good jogging schedule and whip myself right back into shape!
