Over It

You know how things get trendy and then they just seem to linger on for what seems like forever?

Over It

Yeah, I’m over it. (Or, in a lot of these cases, I was never really into it.)

  • Chevron print
  • Thigh gap
  • Mustache everything
  • Pinterest (Original thoughts, are you still out there?)
  • [Insert noun here] Hacks
  • Foxes
  • Owls
And, of course, there are some things I don’t think I’ll ever get over. (See also: football, polka dots, sunroof weather, and chocolate.)

What are you over?

  1. Best blog post I've read all day! Let's talk about this.. Chevron Print.. I never got into it but thank GOD for it because I get business order for it (so let's hope that stays around). Thigh Gap.. I never knew there was a term for it until a few weeks ago… Mustaches.. yes.. I don't get it.. but my kid loves it and once again.. I get orders.. (hope those stick around). Now… HACKS!!!! Funny story.. I was asked to co host a Twitter party about Life Hacks… My first co host spot.. I was like super excited but had to secretly ask my friend what the heck a HACK was? I googled it and WIKI'ed it.I still scratch my head at the HACK. BUT because it is cool in the 'blog' world I felt the need to go to my Pinterest boards and rename a few to include the word HACK… I would not mind the HACK going away 😉

  2. Pinterest brings me quite a bit of traffic as well. I just hate that everything seems like a copy. I have banned myself from it except for blogging purposes.

  3. I totally agree with the mustache thing. I never understood the fascination with it. The chevron thing I have disliked FOR.EV.ER. I just bought my first chevron item, but I haven't done anything with it. It's still in the bag.

I don't like football, so before it even starts, I'm over that. And I'm also over owls. Why do people like random owls? Weird to me.
