This year, Baby Gray made his own Christmas gifts.
I love how different they each turned out. Even though they’re all his handprint, they have their own little look to them. Maybe that says a lot about Baby Gray.
I thought he was really going to enjoy this little craft, especially because he got to have paint on his hands. Much to my surprise, the paint on his hands was the least favorite part! He kept squeezing his hand into a fist and making an ugly face each time I would re-paint it. To get him to open it, I would say, “High five!” and he would open it long enough to high five the canvas. I look forward to him actually getting excited about making things (messes, too).
As we wrapped them to get ready to put them under the tree, he kept high fiving the handprint on the canvas–so cute!
